Introduction

Employee Track is a simple Time Tracking applications for in construction or when working with contractors.

There are two types of users that use E-Track:

Employees / Contractors #

1. They use the application to track their worked hours through the application. So billed hours can be associated to a specific project.

2. They scan a QR code. Based on this QR-code they enter their information one time. They select the project nearby and they are checked-in or checked-out.

Planners #

Use the application to manage the ’tracked hours’. All data can be exported to ‘Excel’ or be used from the application directly.

We advise the following flows to manage and keep it up to date:

• We support a mobile UI, to mainly manage today and yesterday and fine-tune tracked hours. We make it easy for you while on the go. Our main-goal is that managing this only takes 5 minutes a day, thanks to our algorithms.

• The full UI, to verify everything on the end of the month.
